Agreement to Terms

William Roberts Coaching and Advisory Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in England (company number 15629688), operates NHS Financial Planner. By accessing or using NHS Financial Planner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

• You must be an NHS professional to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

• You may not share your account credentials
• You must notify us of any unauthorized access
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

Subscription and Payments

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share access to your account
• Attempt to bypass any security measures
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Reverse engineer the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by William Roberts Coaching and Advisory Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, sell or exploit any content without our express permission.

Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall William Roberts Coaching and Advisory Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• System failures or interruptions
• Data breaches or cyber attacks
• Loss or corruption of data

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
