How the 14-day trial and billing work
Starter and Professional include a 14-day free trial. You add card details at checkout (Stripe); you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends from Billing in your account (Stripe customer portal) to pay nothing. After day 14, your subscription renews at the monthly or yearly rate you selected.
Enterprise uses custom terms — mention your trust, department, or PCN when you contact sales.

Common Questions
What counts as an AI message?
Every message you send in the AI chat — including follow-up questions and document queries — counts as one AI message. Calculator runs and directory browsing do not count.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
You'll see a clear notification in the chat. Your existing threads and documents remain fully accessible. Limits reset at the start of each billing month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately through the Stripe billing portal in Settings. To move to a lower plan, cancel your current subscription and it will remain active until the period end.
